Screwdriver bit NEO tools 10-324, 1/4" drive, Torx Plus TX20
NEO tools 10-324 is a single screwdriver bit with a 1/4" drive and a Torx Plus TX20 tip. The bit is 37 mm long, made from chrome vanadium steel and weighs approximately 14 g. It is designed for use with screwdrivers and bit holders that accept standard 1/4" hex bits, providing a Torx Plus fit for fasteners that require improved contact and reduced cam-out compared with conventional Torx geometry. This replacement bit is suitable for assembly, maintenance and repair tasks where Torx Plus TX20 fasteners are used.
The chrome vanadium steel construction gives the bit enhanced wear resistance and dimensional stability under load, extending service life during repetitive fastening tasks. The Torx Plus TX20 profile ensures higher torque transfer and better engagement with compatible fasteners, reducing the risk of rounding. At 37 mm length and with a 1/4" drive, the bit is compatible with a wide range of hand drivers, power bit holders and magnetic adapters common in professional and DIY toolkits.
Insert the 1/4" hex end of the bit into a compatible screwdriver, bit holder or power driver until it locks or is held by the magnetic adapter. Fit the Torx Plus TX20 tip into the matching fastener head, ensuring correct alignment before applying torque. Use steady, controlled force to avoid cam-out and stop when the fastener is tightened to the required specification. When removing the bit, pull it straight out from the holder or release the locking mechanism on quick-change adapters.
For best results, use the bit with tools rated for the required torque and avoid excessive side loads. Inspect the bit tip before use and replace it if signs of wear or deformation appear to prevent damage to fasteners. Store in a dry toolbox or bit organizer to maintain condition.
