Screwdriver bit NEO tools 10-334, 1/4" drive, Phillips PH1, 28 g
NEO tools 10-334 is a Phillips PH1 screwdriver bit with a 1/4" drive, designed for use with bit holders, cordless drivers and corded screwdrivers. The bit measures 87 mm in length and weighs 28 g, providing a compact, interchangeable solution for precision assembly, furniture fitting and general screwdriving tasks. Made from chrome vanadium steel, it offers enhanced wear resistance and durability for repeated use in both professional and DIY applications.
The chrome vanadium steel construction delivers reliable hardness and resistance to wear, extending the service life of the bit. The PH1 tip geometry ensures accurate engagement with Phillips fasteners, reducing cam-out during tightening and loosening. Its 1/4" drive format is compatible with standard bit holders and quick-change chucks, allowing rapid interchangeability. With an 87 mm length, the bit provides improved reach for recessed screws while remaining compact enough for tight spaces.
Insert the 1/4" drive end of the bit into a compatible bit holder or driver chuck until it locks in place. Position the PH1 tip into the screw head and apply steady axial pressure while rotating the driver at a moderate speed to engage the fastener. For removal, reverse the rotation direction and maintain alignment between the bit and screw to avoid stripping. Store the bit in a holder or organizer to protect the tip and ensure quick access.
Use the bit with drivers that provide controlled torque settings when working with small or delicate fasteners. Inspect the tip before use and replace the bit if the tip shows signs of rounding or significant wear to prevent damage to Phillips screw heads.
