Screwdriver bit NEO tools 10-335, 1/4" drive, Phillips PH2
NEO tools 10-335 is a Phillips PH2 screwdriver bit with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) drive and an overall length of 87 mm. Manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, this PH2 bit is designed for use with manual screwdrivers, powered screwdrivers, bit holders and impact drivers. Compact and lightweight at around 28 g, it provides a precise PH2 tip geometry suitable for general fastening tasks in woodworking, construction and assembly work where a PH2 drive is required.
The chrome vanadium steel construction offers increased wear resistance and a prolonged service life under repeated use. The 1/4" hex drive ensures compatibility with standard bit holders and quick-change chucks, while the 87 mm length provides extra reach in recessed or hard-to-access screw positions. The accurately formed PH2 tip reduces cam-out and improves torque transfer for consistent fastening results.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank of the PH2 bit into a compatible chuck, bit holder or quick-change adapter. Ensure the bit is seated securely before applying torque. Use steady, controlled pressure when driving screws to maintain alignment of the PH2 tip with the screw head and to reduce the risk of cam-out. For power tools, select an appropriate speed and torque setting for the screw material and size.
Inspect the PH2 tip for wear before use and replace the bit when rounding or damage is visible. For heavy-duty or impact applications, confirm compatibility with your impact driver and consider using impact-rated bits. Store the bit in a holder or rack to protect the tip and prolong service life.
