Screwdriver bit NEO tools 10-340 — 1/4" drive, Torx Plus TX10
NEO tools 10-340 is a screwdriver bit with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) hex drive and a Torx Plus TX10 tip. The bit is 87 mm long and weighs approximately 28 g. Manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, it is designed for use with manual screwdrivers, powered screwdrivers and bit holders. The Torx Plus geometry provides improved contact with fasteners and reduced cam-out compared with conventional designs, making it suitable for electronics, automotive trim, furniture assembly and general maintenance.
The NEO tools Torx Plus TX10 bit combines a long length for better reach with robust chrome vanadium construction for enhanced durability. The 1/4" hex drive ensures compatibility with a wide range of bit holders and drivers, while the Torx Plus profile increases torque transfer and reduces wear on both the bit and screw. Compact and lightweight, it serves as an exchange part for damaged or missing bits and is available in multiple variants to fit different tool sets.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, manual screwdriver handle or powered driver. Place the Torx Plus TX10 tip squarely into the screw head and apply steady axial pressure while turning to ensure secure engagement. For powered tools, use controlled speed and torque settings appropriate to the workpiece to avoid damaging fasteners or components. Replace the bit if signs of wear or deformation appear to maintain optimal fit and performance.
For best results, match the TX10 Torx Plus bit to correctly sized fasteners, avoid excessive lateral force, and store the bit dry to prevent corrosion. Use appropriate torque limits when working on electronics or delicate assemblies.
