NEO tools 10-453 drinking bottle accessory
Two-post hydraulic lift from NEO tools with an 8-ton capacity, designed for lifting passenger cars and light commercial vehicles to perform maintenance, repairs and inspections. The vertical two-column layout and adjustable lifting arms provide stable support and clear access to wheels, chassis and engine bay. The hydraulic drive enables controlled lifting and lowering, while the construction is intended for use in professional workshops or well-equipped home garages where space is allocated for a vehicle lift.
The hydraulic 2-post lift offers a compact footprint compared with some floor-based alternatives and delivers a high lifting capacity of up to 8 tonnes suitable for a wide range of vehicles. Its adjustable arms accommodate different lifting points and vehicle widths to ensure secure positioning. The hydraulic mechanism provides smooth, gradual movement for safe operation, and the two-column design allows unobstructed access to the vehicle underside for tasks such as suspension, exhaust and drivetrain service.
Position the vehicle centrally between the two posts on a level, solid floor. Adjust the lifting arms to align with the manufacturer-approved lifting points on the vehicle’s chassis and verify secure contact at each arm pad. Operate the hydraulic controls to raise the vehicle slowly, monitoring stability and arm contact during lifting. When the required height is reached, engage any mechanical locks or safety latches provided by the lift. For lowering, release the locks and use the hydraulic control to descend at a controlled speed, ensuring no personnel or equipment are beneath the vehicle.
Use the lift only on a properly prepared concrete floor capable of supporting the equipment and vehicle load. Follow vehicle manufacturer guidance for lift points and weight limits, inspect lifting pads and arm condition before each use, and perform routine maintenance of the hydraulic system and safety mechanisms. Ensure operators are trained in safe lift procedures and comply with local workshop safety regulations.
