Hose Clamp NEO tools 20–32 mm, width 9 mm, stainless W4, pack of 3
Hose Clamp NEO tools 20–32 mm, width 9 mm, stainless W4, pack of 3 is a set of adjustable metal clamps designed to secure flexible hoses and connectors with outer diameters from 20 to 32 mm. Constructed from W4 stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance, each clamp has a 9 mm wide band and a screw-tightening mechanism that allows precise adjustment and reliable holding force. Supplied as a pack of three, these hose clamps are intended for general plumbing, automotive and light workshop applications where a compact, adjustable fastening solution is required.
The W4 stainless steel construction provides enhanced resistance to rust and corrosion compared with basic plated clamps, which increases service life in damp or outdoor environments. The 9 mm band width balances strength and flexibility, allowing a secure seal without excessive bulk. The screw drive enables controlled tightening and straightforward reuse when hose connections need to be adjusted or replaced. Being supplied in a set of three ensures multiple fittings can be completed at once or spare clamps are available for maintenance.
Slide the clamp over the hose end before connecting the hose to the fitting or pipe. Position the clamp approximately 2–3 mm from the hose end, ensuring even contact around the circumference. Use an appropriate screwdriver or nut driver to turn the screw clockwise until the clamp applies firm, even pressure without crushing the hose. To remove or reposition, turn the screw counterclockwise until the clamp loosens and can be slid off. Inspect clamps periodically for tightness and signs of wear if used in harsh environments.
Use the clamps at or near their specified diameter range for optimal sealing. Avoid overtightening to prevent damage to hose material; when working with fuel or pressure lines, follow manufacturer torque recommendations where applicable. For outdoor or marine exposure, perform regular inspections and replace clamps showing any deformation or severe corrosion.
