Three-arm bearing puller 6" NEO tools 11-862
Three-arm bearing puller 6" NEO tools 11-862 is a mechanical extraction tool with a 6" (approx. 150 mm) reach designed to remove bearings, gears and pulleys by applying even radial force through three arms. Manufactured for use in automotive repair, maintenance workshops and machinery servicing, the puller ensures centered, balanced extraction of press-fit components and helps reduce the risk of component damage during removal.
The three-arm design provides uniform distribution of pulling force, improving stability and alignment during extraction. With a 6" reach, the puller reaches recessed components while maintaining a compact working profile. The mechanical screw mechanism permits controlled, gradual force application without the need for external power sources, and the robust construction delivers reliable performance under repeated use.
Select the three-arm puller and adjust the arms so the jaws engage the back of the component to be removed. Position the central forcing screw on the shaft or bearing seat and ensure the arms are evenly spaced and seated for balanced grip. Turn the forcing screw gradually using an appropriate wrench until the component moves free from its seat. If resistance is high, apply steady incremental force rather than sudden torque, and reposition the arms if the grip becomes uneven.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment and secure the workpiece before operating. Inspect the puller arms and screw for wear or damage prior to use. For tightly fitted or corroded components, apply penetrating lubricant and work incrementally to avoid sudden release. If extraction requires excessive force beyond the tool’s comfortable manual capacity, consider using workshop presses or specialist extraction equipment.
