Blind rivets NEO tools 11-970 — aluminum, 400 pcs
Pack of 400 NEO tools blind rivets model 11-970 made of aluminum, intended for permanent mechanical joining of sheet materials where access is available from one side. These blind (pop) rivets are suitable for fastening metal, plastic and thin substrates in general assembly, repair and maintenance tasks. The rivets are supplied in a ready-to-use bulk pack for workshops and job sites and provide a corrosion-resistant connection typical of aluminum rivets.
Aluminum construction ensures a lightweight, corrosion-resistant fastener suitable for a wide range of materials. The blind rivet design enables installation from one side, simplifying assembly in confined or hard-to-reach areas. Supplied as a pack of 400 pieces, this product supports medium to large-scale projects and reduces the need for frequent restocking. The rivets create a permanent mechanical joint that resists vibration and shear loads within typical limits for aluminium rivets.
Drill a hole of the correct diameter through the parts to be joined, insert the rivet so the flange sits flush against the surface, and use an appropriate blind rivet tool to pull the mandrel until the rivet body expands and forms the blind head. After the mandrel breaks off, ensure the rivet head is secure and the joint is tight. Select the rivet diameter and grip range matching the total thickness of the assembled materials for a reliable connection.
Use a rivet gun compatible with the rivet size and maintain clean holes free of burrs for best results. Store rivets in a dry place to avoid contamination. For dissimilar metal joints or high-corrosion environments, consider material compatibility and protective measures such as sealants or alternative rivet materials.
