NEO tools 14-502 is a combined power screwdriver and impact driver designed for fastening and loosening screws and bolts in construction, assembly and maintenance tasks. The tool integrates an impact mechanism for high-torque applications while remaining suitable for screwdriving operations. It is supplied as a single unit in a practical carrying case together with commonly used sockets, a mini oiler and an extension, offering a ready-to-use solution for on-site work.
The impact mechanism delivers high torque up to 314 Nm, enabling efficient removal and installation of tight fasteners. The tool features adjustable left/right rotation for forward and reverse operation and a non-freezing handle that improves grip and usability in varied working conditions. Supplied accessories include a set of sockets in popular sizes from 9 to 27 mm, a mini oiler and an extension, all stored in a practical case for transport and storage. The product complies with European safety requirements and is intended for professional use.
Connect the impact driver to the appropriate power or pneumatic supply following the manufacturer's instructions for air or power connections. Select the correct socket size for the fastener and attach it to the 1/2" drive. Set the rotation direction to either forward or reverse depending on whether you are fastening or loosening. Apply steady pressure and operate the trigger in short bursts for controlled torque application when engaging tight or rusted fasteners. Use the mini oiler periodically on moving joints as specified by maintenance guidance to ensure smooth operation.
For safe and effective operation, wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection, secure the workpiece where possible, and verify that the selected socket fits the fastener snugly. Avoid prolonged continuous use to prevent tool overheating and check connections and accessories regularly. The tool is designed for professional applications and should be used according to relevant safety standards.
