Air filter NEO tools 14-734, single pack, weight 898 g
NEO tools 14-734 is a single-pack air filter designed for pneumatic and air-handling systems. Supplied as a ready set that includes the filter element along with an oiler and a pressure reducer with gauge, this unit protects pneumatic tools and equipment by separating contaminants and water from compressed air. The filter has a nominal filtration degree of 20 µm and a semi-automatic tank drainage function to simplify maintenance. Constructed with a 1/2” body connector, the assembly supports a maximum operating pressure of 12 BAR and a concentrate tank capacity of 60 cm3.
The product combines filtration, oiling and pressure regulation in one compact set to streamline installation and maintenance. A semi-automatic drain reduces manual intervention while the 20 µm filtering degree removes fine particulates and water droplets that can shorten tool life. Built to handle high airflow, the filter supports throughput rates suitable for most workshop pneumatic systems and features a pressure gauge for quick visual control of operating conditions. CE certification indicates conformity with applicable safety and quality standards.
Install the unit inline with the compressed air supply using the 1/2” connector, placing it upstream of pneumatic tools to ensure filtered, regulated air reaches the equipment. Adjust the pressure reducer to the required working pressure while monitoring the gauge. Fill the oiler according to the manufacturer’s instructions if lubrication of downstream tools is needed. Periodically check and activate the semi-automatic drain to remove collected water and contaminants from the concentrate tank. Replace the filter element according to operating hours, contamination level or when flow or pressure performance degrades.
For reliable protection, mount the filter set in a dry, accessible location and keep the pressure gauge visible for routine checks. Drain the concentrate tank regularly and replace the filter element at first signs of reduced airflow or elevated downstream contamination. Use the integrated oiler sparingly and only with oils recommended for pneumatic tool lubrication to avoid over-lubrication.
