Hand saw NEO tools 41-111 — manual saw, weight 330 g, 1 pc
NEO tools 41-111 is a manual panel saw designed for cutting wood in carpentry, renovation and DIY tasks. The saw features a 400 mm PTFE-coated tempered steel blade with 7 TPI teeth and a 3D-sharpened tooth geometry to reduce sawing resistance and make cross-grain cuts easier. The blade is fitted into an ergonomic overmoulded handle with a non-slip rubber surface; the tool weighs approximately 330 g and is supplied as a single unit. The PTFE coating helps prevent sawdust adhesion and improves performance when cutting dry or damp timber. The product carries TÜV Rheinland certification for quality and reliability.
The 3D-sharpened and tempered teeth deliver smoother cutting with less effort, while the 7 TPI tooth spacing balances cutting speed and finish quality for panel and general woodworking. PTFE coating on the blade reduces friction and prevents sawdust buildup, extending blade life and maintaining cutting performance. The overmoulded ergonomic handle provides a secure, comfortable grip that helps control the saw during prolonged use. TÜV Rheinland certification confirms compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.
Secure the workpiece before cutting and mark the cut line clearly. Hold the saw with a firm grip on the overmoulded handle, positioning your body to allow smooth, controlled strokes. Start with light forward strokes to establish the kerf, then use full-length pushes and returns while keeping the blade aligned with the cut. For cross-grain cuts, allow the 3D-sharpened teeth to penetrate the material without excessive force. Clean sawdust from the blade periodically; the PTFE coating helps reduce buildup but routine clearing preserves cutting efficiency.
Use the saw for wood and wood-based panels; avoid cutting metal, masonry or very hard composite materials. Store the saw in a dry place and wipe the blade after use to protect the PTFE coating and prevent corrosion. Replace the saw when teeth become dull or damaged to maintain cutting quality and safety.
