Hand saw NEO tools 41-116, hand saw, weight 354 g, 1 pc
NEO tools 41-116 is a handheld panel saw supplied as a single unit with a net weight of 354 g. The saw is intended for manual cutting of wood and similar materials in carpentry, DIY and repair work. It features a 450 mm blade with 7 TPI tooth spacing and a PTFE coating on the blade to reduce sticking of sawdust and facilitate cutting in dry or wet timber. The handle is overmoulded with non-slip rubber to provide a stable grip during use.
The PTFE-coated tempered steel blade reduces friction and prevents sawdust from adhering to the blade, improving cutting continuity. Teeth are 3D-sharpened and tempered to lower sawing resistance and make cross-grain cuts easier. The ergonomic overmoulded handle combines plastic and rubber for a secure, comfortable hold. The product is TÜV Rheinland certified for quality and reliability.
Secure the workpiece firmly before sawing. Hold the overmoulded handle with a stable grip and start with light forward strokes to establish a cutting line. Apply steady pressure and use full-length strokes along the blade to maximise efficiency and preserve tooth geometry. For cross-grain cuts, allow the 3D-sharpened teeth to reduce resistance rather than forcing the blade. After use, wipe the blade clean of debris and store the saw in a dry place to maintain the PTFE coating and blade temper.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as work gloves and eye protection. Avoid cutting metal or materials for which the blade is not designed. Regularly clean the blade and check teeth condition; replace the saw if teeth become significantly worn or damaged to ensure safe and effective cutting.
