Hand saw NEO tools 44-611 — manual saw, weight 262 g, single piece
NEO tools 44-611 is a compact manual hand saw intended for general cutting tasks. The saw features a narrow, folding blade with a length of 250 mm and a lightweight construction of approximately 262 g, supplied as a single piece. The blade is made from SK5 steel and has a Japanese fine cutting profile with 11 teeth per inch (TPI), providing precise cuts and reduced cutting resistance thanks to three-sided sharpening and induction hardening. The folding design and flexible blade make this saw suitable for woodworking hobbyists, small renovation jobs and on-site cutting where a portable, accurate hand tool is required.
The saw combines a slim, flexible SK5 steel blade with three-sided sharpened, induction-hardened teeth that lower friction and extend cutting performance. Its 11 TPI tooth pitch allows for fine, accurate cuts in dry wood, plywood and chipboard. The folding mechanism protects the blade during transport and saves storage space, while the low weight supports comfortable handheld operation.
Open the folding blade until it locks securely and ensure the cutting edge is oriented away from your body. Position the saw on the workpiece and start with light strokes to establish a cut line, then use steady, controlled forward strokes for efficient material removal. Maintain a natural grip and let the fine 11 TPI tooth pattern do the cutting work without forcing the tool. After use, clean sawdust from the blade, fold it back into the handle and store in a dry place.
Recommended for precise cutting of dry wood, plywood and chipboard. Avoid using the saw on metal, masonry or wet/green wood to prevent premature wear of the induction-hardened teeth. Keep the blade clean and dry, and periodically check the locking mechanism for secure operation.
