Clamp NEO tools 45-500, depth 400 mm, weight 634 g, 1 pc
NEO tools 45-500 is an automatic clamp with a working depth of 400 mm and a net weight of 634 g supplied as a single piece. Designed for secure holding of workpieces during assembly, gluing and woodworking, this clamp features a reinforced steel guide and a comfortable plastic pistol-style handle for one-handed operation. The tool uses a rail-and-jaw mechanism that allows quick jaw sliding, simple locking by pressing the lever and reversible jaws for both clamping and spreading functions.
The clamp offers a compact combination of moderate clamping depth and ergonomic handling, enabling quick positioning and firm hold with minimal effort. Its hardened steel guide and steel working elements increase durability during repeated use. Rubber pads protect the clamped surfaces from marks while the reinforced pistol grip improves control when applying clamping force. Quick jaw movement and a simple brake-release/lock action make it efficient for repetitive tasks.
Release the brake lever to slide the jaws along the guide rail until the clamp reaches the required opening. Position the clamp so that the rubber pads contact the workpiece surfaces. Press down on the handle to engage the locking mechanism and apply the necessary clamping force. To spread or to create a gap, reverse the jaw inserts if required and use the same sliding and locking action. After the operation, release the brake lever to open the jaws and remove the clamp.
For safe and effective results, ensure contact surfaces are clean and free of debris before clamping, and use the rubber pads to avoid surface damage. Do not exceed the intended clamping force for delicate materials; check stability periodically during long glue cures. Store the clamp in a dry place to prevent corrosion of steel components.
