Bar clamp NEO tools 45-502, 700 mm depth, 846 g
NEO tools 45-502 bar clamp with 700 mm throat depth and 846 g weight is a single-piece clamp designed for holding, gluing and assembling workpieces in woodworking and light metalworking. The clamp combines a hardened steel guide rail with a quick-adjust sliding jaw and a screw/lock mechanism that provides stable temporary fixation during assembly and adhesive curing. A reinforced pistol grip and a plastic handle enable one-handed operation and controlled clamping force for workshop tasks and DIY projects.
The clamp offers quick sliding jaws for fast positioning and a screw lock that secures the workpiece without continuous manual force. Reversible jaws and rubber protective pads prevent surface damage while allowing spreading when required. The reinforced steel components and comfortable handle give reliable rigidity and improved control under clamping loads.
Position the movable jaw by releasing the brake lever and sliding it along the rail until the jaws fit around the workpiece. Engage the screw/lock mechanism or press down the locking lever to apply clamping pressure. Adjust final pressure by tightening the handle screw or lock until the workpiece is securely held. To spread components, flip the reversible jaws as required. Use the rubber pads to avoid marring finished surfaces.
Use the clamp on clean, aligned surfaces and avoid over-tightening beyond the indicated clamping force to prevent damage to delicate materials. For gluing tasks, allow adequate curing time with the clamp in place and periodically check alignment. Store in a dry place to prevent corrosion of the steel guide.
