Bevel gauge NEO tools 11-191 Depth 115 mm Weight 88 g
The NEO tools 11-191 bevel gauge with a depth of 115 mm and weight of 88 g is a compact precision instrument for measuring narrow gaps and checking small clearances. This 20-blade feeler gauge combines a wide range of blade thicknesses (0.05–1.00 mm) in a single stainless steel casing, enabling accurate measurement where a ruler or caliper cannot be applied. Blades with conical ends and durable steel construction ensure repeatable results in woodworking, mechanical adjustments and light construction tasks.
The tool integrates twenty individual blades into one compact unit, reducing the need to carry multiple separate feeler strips. Stainless steel casing and hardened steel blades increase resistance to wear and maintain blade flatness and thickness over time. The conical ends allow access to tight or recessed gaps, while the clearly graduated range of thicknesses supports fine adjustments from 0.05 mm up to 1.00 mm.
Select the blade or combination of blades that matches the target clearance and fold them out of the casing. Insert the blade tip into the gap to be measured and slide gently until resistance is felt; the correct thickness is indicated by a slight drag without forcing. For intermediate measurements, stack blades together to achieve the required cumulative thickness. After use, clean blades of debris, fold them back into the casing and store in a dry place to avoid corrosion.
For consistent measurements, ensure blades are clean and free of burrs. Use light oil on pivot and blades for storage if the tool is used in humid environments. Do not pry with blades or bend them beyond their elastic limit; handle conical tips carefully to maintain measurement accuracy.
