The NEO tools 56-805 suction lifter is a single-cup handling tool designed for lifting and moving flat, smooth materials. Constructed with a durable plastic body and a double rubber suction cup with a 120 mm diameter, the lifter delivers a firm grip and is rated for loads up to 40 kg. It includes two plastic locks and an ergonomic handle to improve control and reduce effort when transporting items such as window panes, car windows, sheet metal, ceramic tiles and laminates.
The device provides reliable suction performance thanks to its double rubber cup and secure locking mechanism. Its lightweight plastic construction (weight approx. 0.333 kg) and comfortable grip reduce user fatigue while improving safety when handling smooth surfaces. With a rated carrying capacity of up to 40 kg, the tool streamlines lifting operations and helps prevent accidental drops of fragile materials.
Ensure the surface to be lifted is clean, dry and free of dust or grease. Place the suction cup flat against the smooth surface and press firmly to expel air from beneath the rubber cup. Engage both plastic locks to create and maintain vacuum suction. Lift using the handle while keeping the load balanced and within the specified 40 kg limit. To release, disengage the locks and gently pull the release edge of the rubber cup to break the seal.
Do not use on porous, rough or uneven surfaces where a reliable vacuum cannot form. Avoid lifting loads heavier than 40 kg and inspect the rubber cup for damage or wear before each use. Store the lifter in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects to prolong the life of the rubber cup.
