Protractor NEO tools 72-109 — measuring protractor, weight 200 g, 1 pc
NEO tools 72-109 is a single-piece measuring protractor designed for precise angle measurement and transfer in workshop, construction and DIY environments. The protractor combines a stainless steel point with an aluminium handle and a dovetail end, offering a portable solution for on-site layout, verification and marking of angles. The tool is supplied as one unit and weighs approximately 200 g.
The bevel gauge features a stainless steel point and an aluminium handle with a dovetail end for tracing joints in woodwork. It can be set to any angle and locked securely using a steel wing nut on a steel thread. Special angular graduations and multiple scale ratios provide flexible measurement options for repetitive or scaled marking tasks. The compact, single-piece construction ensures durability and simple handling during transfer and measurement operations.
Place the stainless steel point against the reference edge and rotate the aluminium handle until the desired angle is achieved, using the angular graduations or the required scale ratio for scaled transfers. Tighten the steel wing nut to lock the setting securely on the steel thread. For tracing dovetail joints, use the additional dovetail end to follow the profile and mark the outline on the workpiece. Keep the tool clean and dry after use to preserve the finish on the aluminium handle and the stainless steel point.
Before locking the wing nut, double-check the angle against a square or digital protractor if high precision is required. Use gentle, even pressure when tracing with the dovetail end to avoid damaging delicate surfaces. Store the protractor in a toolbox or protective sleeve to prevent knocks that could affect its accuracy.
