Protective coverall suit NEO tools 81-851-XXXL — disposable workwear, size XXXL, 1 pc
NEO tools 81-851-XXXL is a disposable protective coverall suit in size XXXL designed to provide full-body coverage for single-use tasks. Constructed from polypropylene with an external polyethylene coating (PP+PE) and a microporous structure with a material weight of 65 g/m2, the suit includes an integrated hood and elasticated hood, waist, sleeve and leg cuffs. A nylon zipper closure is protected by a glue-on placket to reduce ingress of dust and light contaminants. The garment is supplied as a single piece and carries the NEO logo on the front.
The suit offers certified protection in category III and combines multiple standards for workplace safety: protection against radioactive contamination (EN 1073-2:2002 class 2), electrostatic properties (EN 1149-5:2018), limited chemical splash resistance (EN 13034:2005+A1:2009 type BP), protection against solid particles (type 5) and protection against biological agents (EN 14126:2003+AC:2004 type 5-B). Its PP+PE microporous construction balances barrier performance and breathability while elasticated openings and a covered zip enhance wearer coverage. Designed for single-use, the suit simplifies decontamination and disposal in settings where contamination control is required.
Select the appropriate size (XXXL for this model) and inspect the suit for visible damage prior to use. Put on the suit by stepping into the legs, pulling the garment up over the torso, inserting arms and adjusting the hood. Ensure elasticated cuffs fit snugly at wrists and ankles and that the hood covers the head. Fasten the nylon zipper fully and close the glue-on placket to improve the barrier at the front closure. Use the coverall for one-time tasks and avoid reuse after exposure to hazardous substances beyond the suit’s rated protection.
Use the suit in combination with appropriate gloves, eye protection and respiratory protection when task hazards require additional barriers. Do not launder or reuse the disposable coverall; follow local regulations for disposal of contaminated single-use protective clothing.
