Upholstery Stapler NEO tools T N16-015, for 6–15 mm staples, manual
NEO tools Upholstery Stapler T N16-015 is a manual stapling tool designed for fastening upholstery, fabrics and light trim with 6–15 mm staples. The tool provides a controlled, single-handed operation and reliable staple feeding, suitable for furniture repair, reupholstery, DIY projects and craft work where precise and durable fastening is required.
The stapler delivers consistent staple placement and accepts a range of staple lengths from 6 to 15 mm, enabling work with thin fabrics up to thicker webbing or trim. Its manual design makes it portable and simple to operate without the need for air or electrical connections. The construction is intended to offer stable staple feeding and an ergonomic grip to reduce operator fatigue during extended use.
This manual stapler is not designed for heavy industrial production environments where pneumatic or electric staplers with higher cycle rates are required. It may also be unsuitable for fastening very hard, dense materials or structural assemblies that need specialized fasteners or higher driving force.
Load the magazine with staples of the appropriate length (6–15 mm) according to the stapler's loading instructions. Position the stapler nose on the material where the staple is required and squeeze the handle firmly to drive the staple through the layers into the substrate. For best results, keep the materials taut and work in a sequence that distributes tension evenly. Clear any misfeeds before continuing and confirm staples are fully set; adjust technique or staple length if staples are folding instead of seating.
Use the NEO tools T N16-015 with the recommended staple lengths for the material being fastened, keep materials tensioned for clean staple sets, and inspect staples and feed before each session to minimise jams. For high-volume or heavy-duty applications consider pneumatic or electric alternatives.
