USB Cable Nevox 1480 USB 3.2 Gen 2 2m USB A USB C Grey
USB Cable Nevox 1480 USB 3.2 Gen 2 2m USB A USB C Grey
The Nevox 1480 USB cable is a 2 m USB A to USB C data and charging cable supporting USB 3.2 Gen 2 (USB 3.1 Gen 2) with data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps. The cable is USB-IF certified, features a one-piece, reversible USB Type-C plug and a braided nylon jacket with an aluminium connector housing for improved durability and heat dissipation.
The cable uses a 56KΩ pull-up resistor that protects connected devices by ensuring correct current negotiation for safe charging. USB Type-C reversible design allows plug-in from either side. The one-piece Type-C plug has no folding edge for greater robustness. Braided nylon sleeving reduces tangling and extends service life, while the aluminium housing dissipates heat more effectively than standard materials. The cable supports up to 3 A peak current and provides safe charging currents (commonly 2.4 A or 1.5 A) when devices negotiate accordingly.
Insert the USB A connector into the host or charger and the USB C connector into the target device. The USB Type-C end is reversible and can be inserted either way. For data transfer, ensure both devices support USB 3.2 Gen 2 to achieve the maximum 5 Gbps speed; otherwise the connection will fall back to the highest mutually supported USB version. For charging, allow the host and device to negotiate the appropriate current—56KΩ pull-up resistor helps the host recognise device charging requirements and adjust output accordingly.
The cable is designed for everyday charging and data transfer; avoid sharp bends near the connectors, excessive pulling force, and prolonged exposure to liquids or extreme temperatures to preserve performance and lifetime.
