Nextbase 64GB MicroSD Card U3 with 100 MB/s Read Speed and 70 MB/s Write Speed

The Nextbase 64GB MicroSD Card U3 with 100 MB/s Read Speed and 70 MB/s Write Speed is a reliable flash memory storage solution designed specifically for high-performance recording applications. Offering a capacity of 64 GB and advanced UHS Speed Class 3 performance, this MicroSD card ensures smooth video capture and fast data transfer for compatible devices. Its robust construction and high transfer rates make it an essential accessory for capturing clear road footage and managing video files efficiently.

Advantages

This memory card delivers exceptional performance with read speeds of up to 100 MB/s and write speeds of 70 MB/s, allowing for seamless recording of high-resolution video content without lag or dropped frames. The generous 64 GB capacity provides sufficient space to store approximately 8 hours of standard footage or 4 hours when using an additional rear camera module before overwriting occurs. Furthermore, the inclusion of a microSD card adapter simplifies the process of transferring recorded files directly to a PC or Mac for viewing and archiving.

Suitable for

• Recording high-definition video in compatible dash cams
• Storing up to 8 hours of standard driving footage
• Saving approximately 4 hours of footage when using a rear camera module
• Transferring video files quickly to a personal computer

When it may not be suitable

This memory card is not compatible with the Nextbase 122 dash cam model and cannot be used where specific lower-tier card requirements are mandated by the hardware. Users requiring ultra-large capacities for extensive multi-day recording without overwriting may find the 64 GB limit insufficient for their prolonged storage needs.

How to use

To use the Nextbase 64GB MicroSD Card, insert the card directly into the designated slot of your compatible dash cam until it clicks into place. If you need to transfer saved video files to a computer, remove the MicroSD card from the dash cam and place it into the included adapter, then insert the adapter into your computer's memory card reader.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify compatibility with your specific dash cam model, noting that it is not suitable for the Nextbase 122
• Evaluate your recording time requirements against the 64 GB capacity limit
• Check if your computer or laptop features a compatible card reader or if additional adapters are needed

Usage recommendations: Format the microSD card directly within your dash cam before initial use to ensure optimal performance and file system stability. Regularly check recorded footage and keep the card clean and dry to maintain longevity.
