How to use

Place the Instant Vortex ClearCook on a stable, heat-resistant surface with sufficient clearance around the unit. Plug in the appliance and use the rotary dial or touch controls to select the desired cooking mode and time; the LED display shows current settings. Preheat if required for the chosen function, load food on the appropriate tray or attach the rotating spit for whole poultry or roasts, and start the program. Check food periodically through the window and adjust time or temperature as needed. After cooking, switch off, unplug and allow the unit to cool before removing trays or accessories for cleaning.

Usage recommendations

For best results, arrange food in a single layer on the perforated plates to maximize airflow and crisping. Use the rotisserie accessory for even browning of whole chicken or larger roasts.
