The Ilag Basic non-stick surface reduces the need for oil and prevents food from sticking, which simplifies cooking and cleaning. The deeper walls of this 28 cm pan increase capacity compared with a standard shallow frying pan, allowing one-pan meals and simultaneous browning and simmering. The flat base ensures stable contact with the cooking surface for even heat distribution when used with suitable stovetops.
