Crimping Tool for RJ45 RJ11 RJ12 Connectors No name K263 with Cutter
Handheld crimping tool No name K263 for terminating RJ45, RJ11 and RJ12 modular plugs. The compact tool combines a ratcheting crimp mechanism and an integrated cutter to prepare and crimp network and telephone cables. Designed for small installation tasks, on-site repairs and occasional professional use, this crimping tool supports assembly of Ethernet and telephone connections with a single, portable device.
The tool provides a compact, single-hand operation that integrates crimping and cutting functions, reducing the need to carry multiple tools. Its ergonomic handle design improves grip and control during repetitive crimping cycles. The built-in cutter trims cable jackets and excess conductors accurately before crimping, helping to ensure consistent electrical contacts and clean terminations for modular plugs.
Strip the cable jacket to expose individual conductors, arrange wires to the correct pinout for the chosen connector, and trim excess conductors using the built-in cutter. Insert the prepared cable into the modular plug until the conductors reach the end of the plug. Place the plug into the crimping slot and squeeze the handles evenly until the ratchet releases, ensuring a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Inspect the terminated connector and, if necessary, re-crimp or replace the plug.
Use the tool with the correct connector type and follow standard wiring schemes (T568A/T568B for Ethernet). For reliable results, use quality modular plugs and avoid repeated re-crimping of the same connector. Keep the cutter blade clean and check the ratchet mechanism regularly for wear. Store the tool in a dry place to prevent corrosion and maintain consistent performance.
