Power cable for computer 230V 1.5 m, universal IEC mains lead
Power cable for computer 230V 1.5 m, universal IEC mains lead is a black three-core mains lead designed to connect desktop PCs, monitors and other IT equipment to a 230 V household or office socket. The cable features a CEE 7/7 angled (UNISCHUKO) appliance plug on one end and a standard IEC 320 C13 connector on the other, providing a fixed 1.5 m length for straightforward routing behind desks, racks or workstations and steady power delivery for everyday use.
This 1.5 m power cable combines a common IEC 320 C13 connector with a CEE 7/7 angled plug to ensure compatibility with a wide range of computers and peripherals. The three-core construction with 3x0.75 mm² conductor cross-section supports mains voltages up to 250 V and a maximum current load of 10 A, meeting typical requirements for office and home equipment. The black jacket offers a neutral appearance that integrates easily into most environments and helps hide cable routing behind furniture.
Ensure both the computer and the mains socket are switched off before connecting the cable. Insert the IEC 320 C13 connector firmly into the device's inlet and plug the CEE 7/7 angled plug into the wall socket. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, heat sources and high-traffic areas. After connections are secure, switch on the mains and then power up the connected device. To disconnect, switch off devices and mains before unplugging the cable.
Use this cable only with equipment whose rated current and voltage do not exceed 10 A and 250 V. Avoid permanent exposure to direct sunlight or liquids, and inspect the cable periodically for damage. Replace the cable if the insulation is cut, abraded or otherwise compromised. For installations requiring higher current capacity or different connector types, select a cable with appropriate specifications.
