Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor Omron M7 Intelli IT Upper Arm 2 Users
The Omron M7 Intelli IT is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor for home use that supports two users. The device features Bluetooth connectivity to transfer measurements to the OMRON connect app and can also report readings via compatible voice assistants. It uses Omron’s pre-formed Intelli Wrap Cuff for easier and more consistent cuff placement and is clinically validated for accurate blood pressure measurement. The monitor can detect possible Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) and offers a dual-screen display that lets you compare the latest reading with daily and weekly averages.
The monitor detects potential Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) during measurement and provides high specificity and sensitivity for AFib screening. Bluetooth automatic syncing sends readings to your smartphone for tracking and long-term trend review in the OMRON connect app. The Intelli Wrap Cuff simplifies correct placement around the upper arm and the device can take three consecutive measurements at 30-second intervals and display the average for a more representative result. Dual-screen comparison makes it straightforward to view recent values alongside stored averages.
Wrap the Intelli Wrap Cuff around the upper arm at least one finger above the elbow line following the cuff wrap guide indicator. Sit in a relaxed position with the arm supported at heart level and press the start button; for AFib detection, press and hold the start button for two seconds. The device will inflate automatically, measure blood pressure and pulse, and, when selected, perform three consecutive measurements at 30-second intervals then display the average. Check the dual screen to compare the latest reading with stored daily and weekly averages, and sync results to the OMRON connect app via Bluetooth for long-term tracking.
For consistent results, measure blood pressure at the same times each day (for example morning and evening), rest quietly for five minutes before measuring, avoid caffeine and smoking prior to measurement, and ensure the cuff is positioned correctly using the Intelli Wrap guide. If AFib is detected or readings are consistently high or low, consult a healthcare professional.
