Folder Oxford 400113678 — Cardboard A4, 245×320 mm, French origin
Oxford 400113678 is a cardboard A4 folder with dimensions 245 × 320 mm designed to store, protect and transport standard A4 documents. Constructed from strong filmed cardboard with a decorative flower-patterned cover and a colored interior, this folder includes three internal flaps and an elastic closure strap to keep sheets secure. Manufactured in France, it is compatible with office, school and home paperwork and offers protection against folding and light damage for loose sheets and small document sets.
The folder's 350 g/m² filmed cardboard provides resistance to daily handling while keeping the product lightweight and easy to carry. A three-flap layout combined with an elastic closure helps prevent pages from slipping out and protects edges from bending. The colored interior and flower-patterned exterior enable easy visual identification of contents and add an organized appearance to presentations and filing. Its capacity of up to approximately 200 sheets makes it suitable for medium-sized document sets without requiring a bulky binder.
Place loose A4 sheets inside the folder, tuck edges under the three internal flaps so that papers sit flat and centered, then secure the folder by stretching the elastic strap over the cover. For thicker document sets, arrange pages evenly and check that the flaps hold the stack without excessive bulging. Store the folder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer to prevent deformation; when carrying multiple items, place the folder in a bag or briefcase to avoid pressure on the elastic strap and corners.
Rotate between folders for frequently accessed documents to reduce wear. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture to preserve the filmed cardboard finish and printed pattern. For archival storage, remove metal fasteners and store on a stable, dry shelf.
