The Chasen Blonde offers consistent whisking performance thanks to its finely split tines, which disperse powder and incorporate air for a uniform texture and crema. Place sifted matcha powder into a bowl, add the appropriate amount of hot water (typically below boiling point), and hold the chasen between the thumb and fingers. Whisk rapidly in a zigzag or 'M' motion until the powder is fully suspended and a fine froth forms on the surface.
