Adhesive liquid Polychloroprene Pattex 9H PCL3C 50 g
Pattex 9H PCL3C is a liquid polychloroprene adhesive supplied in a 50 g tube, designed for bonding a wide range of materials. The adhesive remains workable at normal indoor temperatures and develops initial tack within approximately 15 minutes under recommended conditions. Its formulation provides a balance of strong adhesion and elastic behavior, suitable for fixed and semi-flexible joints where durability and resistance to shear are required.
The adhesive offers rapid tack and relatively short drying time for a contact-type polychloroprene product, enabling faster assembly cycles. It adheres reliably to common substrates such as rubber, leather, textiles, foam, certain plastics and metals when surfaces are prepared correctly. The product combines good shear strength with elastic bonding properties that help accommodate slight movements between joined parts. Packaged in a compact 50 g tube, it is convenient for both small repairs and precision applications.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, oil or release agents before application. Apply the adhesive evenly to one or both surfaces depending on the material and required bond strength; allow the adhesive to become touch-dry (approximately the stated drying time) before bringing the parts together for final contact. Press the bonded surfaces firmly to ensure contact across the joint and hold or clamp as needed until sufficient strength is achieved. Work in a well-ventilated area and follow any additional instructions on the tube regarding ventilation and safe use.
For best results, test adhesion on a small area of the specific substrates prior to full application. Avoid applying at temperatures outside the recommended 18–25 °C range, and ensure adequate ventilation during use. Store the tube closed and in a cool, dry place to prolong product shelf life.
