Terrace Oil Pentacolor — OIL FOR TERRACE WITH TUNG TERRACE OI, wood protection oil
Pentacolor Terrace Oil with Tung is a wood protection oil formulated specifically for outdoor terraces and wooden decking. The product penetrates the wood surface to provide water repellence while enhancing the natural grain and colour of the wood. Designed for regular maintenance, this terrace oil helps preserve the appearance and surface properties of wooden floors exposed to weathering when applied with a brush or cloth.
This terrace oil penetrates deeply into wood fibres, forming a water-repellent layer that reduces surface absorption and slows down weather-related degradation. It enhances the natural look of wood by enriching grain and tone without creating an opaque film, allowing the surface to retain a natural appearance and texture. The formulation is suitable for maintenance applications and can be reapplied selectively to worn areas, facilitating straightforward upkeep of terraces and decking.
Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry and free of dust, mildew or old loose coatings before application. Stir the oil thoroughly and apply evenly with a brush or lint-free cloth following the wood grain. Allow the oil to penetrate for the time recommended on the product label, then remove any excess with a cloth to avoid tacky residues. For new or highly absorbent wood, apply two coats, allowing adequate drying time between coats. Reapply maintenance coats as needed when the wood shows signs of wear or reduced water repellence.
Test the oil on a small inconspicuous area before full application to confirm appearance and absorption. Apply in dry weather and avoid treating wet or frozen wood. Store the product in a cool, frost-free place and follow local waste disposal regulations for any unused material or containers.
