Rust-inhibiting anticorrosive paint PENTACOLOR ANTICOR 2.7L yellow
PENTACOLOR ANTICOR ANTICORROSIVE PAINT, 2.7L, yellow is a ready-to-use rust-inhibiting protective coating formulated for application on ferrous metal surfaces. Supplied in a 2.7-litre container, this solvent-based paint is designed to form a protective film that reduces oxidation and resists environmental exposure. It can be applied as a primer or as a single-layer finish on structural parts, gates, fences, machinery and other metal elements that require durable anti-corrosion protection.
The paint provides rust inhibition by creating a uniform, adherent film that limits direct contact between metal and moisture. Its ready-to-use formulation eliminates the need for on-site mixing and facilitates quick application with brush, roller or spray equipment. The yellow color offers good visibility for safety marking or identification of treated areas, and the coating is suitable for both priming and finishing tasks on ferrous substrates.
Prepare the surface by removing loose rust, scale, oil and grease; clean with a suitable solvent and, if necessary, mechanically abrade to sound metal. Stir the paint gently before use to ensure uniform consistency. Apply the coating evenly using a brush, roller or spray equipment; for improved rust protection use as a priming layer followed by an additional coat as required by exposure conditions. Allow adequate drying time between coats according to ambient temperature and ventilation. Clean tools with an appropriate solvent after application.
Apply in dry conditions and at temperatures recommended for solvent-based paints. For long-term protection on heavily corroded surfaces, perform thorough surface preparation or consider a dedicated rust converter prior to coating. Follow local safety instructions for ventilation, flammability and disposal of solvent-based products.
