Floor paint PENTACOLOR PENTAFLOOR BETON A 0.9L – water-based concrete floor coating, 0.9 L
PENTACOLOR PENTAFLOOR BETON A is a water-based concrete floor coating supplied in a 0.9 L container. Designed for interior use on concrete substrates, the paint forms a protective, slightly resilient film that evens minor surface imperfections and improves resistance to abrasion and light mechanical stress. The formulation is suitable for garages, basements, utility rooms and light-duty industrial floors where moisture resistance, ease of application and low odour are required.
This water-based floor paint dries to a uniform, durable finish that resists wear from foot traffic and occasional rolling loads. It has good adhesion to prepared concrete and provides a protective layer that reduces dusting and facilitates cleaning. The low-solvent composition means reduced odour during application and faster re-entry times compared with solvent-based systems. The product can be applied by brush, roller or appropriate spray equipment for flexible use cases.
Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and loose particles before application. Repair major cracks or spalls and allow repairs to cure. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply the coating with a brush for edges, a short-pile roller for flat areas or suitable spray equipment following the manufacturer’s spray settings. Allow recommended drying time between coats; apply a second coat where increased protection or uniform coverage is required. Maintain adequate ventilation during application and drying.
For best results, prepare the substrate by mechanical abrasion or pressure washing and allow the surface to fully dry. Test adhesion on a small area if the concrete has been previously treated. Avoid application at temperatures below the temperature range specified on the product label or in cool, damp conditions. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
