PENTACOLOR PAINT AEROS PENTA HIGH TEMP ALUMIN 400ML is a high-temperature aluminum aerosol paint designed for heat-resistant coating of metal surfaces. Supplied in a 400 ml spray can, the product produces a metallic aluminum finish while protecting components exposed to elevated temperatures such as exhaust parts, engines, grills and industrial equipment. The formula is intended for maintenance, repair and restoration work where a durable, heat-resistant coating is required.
Advantages
This high-temperature aluminum spray offers a metallic finish combined with thermal resistance, allowing surfaces to retain appearance and protection under repeated heating cycles. The aerosol format ensures even application and access to complex shapes and tight areas. The coating dries to a smooth film that resists flaking and provides corrosion protection for metal substrates used in automotive and industrial environments.
Suitable for
- Automotive exhaust systems and manifold touch-up
- Engine parts and heat shields
- Barbecue grills and oven exterior surfaces
- Industrial equipment and machinery exposed to high temperatures
- Maintenance, repair and restoration of metal components
Key specifications
- Container volume: 400 ml aerosol can
- Color / finish: metallic aluminum
- Temperature resistance: formulated for high-temperature applications
- Surface type: intended for metal substrates
- Application method: spray aerosol for even coverage
How to use
Prepare surfaces by removing loose paint, rust, oil and grease; clean with a suitable solvent and allow to dry. Shake the can thoroughly before use to ensure uniform mixing. Apply several light, even coats from a recommended distance (typically 20–30 cm), allowing flash-off time between coats to avoid runs. For best adhesion, treat bare metal with an appropriate primer compatible with high-temperature paints before applying the aluminum topcoat. Follow manufacturer safety instructions and work in a well-ventilated area.
Usage recommendations
Use this product on dry, clean metal surfaces. Avoid applying thick single coats; multiple thin coats provide better heat resistance and finish. Allow full curing time before exposing the coated part to continuous high temperatures, and consult technical data for specific temperature limits when used on engine or exhaust components.
