Single-use Battery Philips Power Alkaline Battery LR14P2B/10
Single-use Battery Philips Power Alkaline Battery LR14P2B/10
The Philips Power Alkaline Battery LR14P2B/10 is a single-use C-size (LR14) alkaline battery delivered in a pack of two. Measuring approximately 26 mm in width and depth and 50 mm in height, this 1.5 V cell is designed to supply steady power to a wide range of household and portable devices. Alkaline chemistry provides longer useful life compared with zinc–carbon cells and is intended to maintain acceptable capacity for up to five years when stored under recommended conditions.
Alkaline technology offers higher energy density and better performance in high-drain applications compared with traditional zinc–carbon batteries. These Philips cells are guaranteed to be free from cadmium, mercury and lead, supporting safer handling and disposal. The pack is compact and easy to store, and universal pictogram instructions on the packaging make correct use clear without language-dependent text.
Insert the battery observing correct polarity (+ / −) markings for the device. Use two or more cells as required by the device’s instructions. Do not attempt to recharge single-use alkaline batteries; doing so can cause leakage or rupture. Replace all batteries in multi-cell equipment at the same time with cells of the same type and age to ensure consistent performance.
Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations for battery recycling. Avoid mixing old and new batteries or different battery chemistries in the same device. For energy-hungry devices, consider replacing batteries proactively to maintain reliable operation.
