Relay module PHOENIX CONTACT RIF-0-RPT-24DC 1 NO, 9 mA (MPN 2903361)
DIN-rail relay module PHOENIX CONTACT RIF-0-RPT-24DC with one normally open (NO) contact. The module is premounted on a relay base with push-in connection and an integrated yellow LED operating voltage indicator. It is designed for switching and control tasks in industrial automation, control cabinets and signal isolation, and operates from 24 V DC.
The relay module features a push-in terminal for conductors from 0.14 to 1.5 mm², silver-tin-oxide (AgSnO) contact material and a low pickup current of 9 mA. It offers both DC and AC switching capability with a switching performance of 1 A at 24 V DC and 3 A at 230 V AC, combined with a compact DIN-rail mounting format and a protective suppression diode (freewheeling) for inductive loads.
Mount the relay base on a standard DIN rail and insert the relay module until it locks with the supplied ejector. Connect the control supply (24 V DC) and the load conductors to the push-in terminals, observing polarity for the coil circuit. Verify supply voltage presence using the yellow LED and test switching function before commissioning. The integrated suppression diode protects the driving circuit when switching inductive loads; ensure wiring and load values remain within the specified ratings.
Use the module for low-current control signals and isolation tasks; avoid switching loads that exceed the stated switching capacity. For frequent high-current switching or inductive loads beyond the specified limits, consider a relay with higher rated contacts or add external suppression measures. Regularly inspect connection integrity and ensure installation within the specified temperature range.
