Terminal block PHOENIX-CONTACT 3211022, 4-pos, blue
PHOENIX-CONTACT 3211022 is a 4-position blue feed-through terminal block designed for secure and compact electrical connections in control cabinets and distribution systems. It supports both signal and power wiring where modular, DIN-rail-mounted termination is required. The terminal block accepts conductors with cross sections from 0.14 mm² to 2.5 mm² (AWG 26–12) and uses a push-in connection method for fast, tool-free insertion.
The push-in connection enables rapid and reliable conductor installation without the need for tools, reducing wiring time and handling. Its compact 5.2 mm width and front access layout make it suitable for dense assemblies and confined spaces. Built-in testing options include a double-function shaft and an additional test connection, allowing safe, straightforward circuit verification during installation and maintenance. The terminal is compatible with standard NS 35/7.5 and NS 35/15 DIN rails and integrates with modular terminal systems.
Mount the terminal block on a compatible NS 35/7.5 or NS 35/15 DIN rail by snapping it into place. Prepare conductors to the recommended stripped length and insert them directly into the push-in connection until secure. Use the integrated test points or the double-function shaft to perform voltage or continuity checks as needed. For multi-position wiring, route conductors neatly along the terminal row to maintain clear access for testing and maintenance.
Use conductors within the specified cross section range and comply with applicable local wiring standards. When using ferrules, ensure they are compatible with push-in terminations. Perform testing with appropriate test probes that match the provided test connection and double-function shaft to avoid damage and ensure reliable measurements.
