Pilot Sticky Notes and Index Tabs Set, 38x50mm and 12x45mm

The Pilot Sticky Notes and Index Tabs Set is a versatile organizational tool designed to streamline your document management and daily task tracking. This comprehensive set combines two essential formats: 38x50mm sticky notes for jotting down reminders and 12x45mm index tabs for precise page marking and categorization. With a focus on functionality, these repositionable notes allow you to organize your workspace, study materials, or personal planners efficiently without leaving residue on your documents.

Advantages

The primary benefit of this set is its dual-purpose design, which provides both space for notes and slim tabs for indexing. The adhesive backing is engineered to be repositionable, ensuring that you can move or remove the notes as your priorities change without damaging the underlying paper. The inclusion of multiple colors for both the notes and the tabs facilitates a color-coded system, making it easier to distinguish between different categories, projects, or urgency levels at a glance. The compact size of the set makes it highly portable, fitting easily into pencil cases, bags, or desk organizers.

Suitable for

• Highlighting important paragraphs in textbooks or reports
• Categorizing documents by project or priority
• Creating quick reminders on monitors or desk surfaces
• Managing study notes and research materials
• Indexing planners and notebooks for quick reference

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be suitable for long-term archival purposes where permanent labeling is required, as the adhesive is designed to be repositionable rather than permanent. Additionally, it may not adhere well to highly textured, dusty, or oily surfaces.

Key specifications

• Sticky note dimensions: 38x50mm
• Index tab dimensions: 12x45mm
• Quantity: 25 sheets per color
• Adhesive type: Repositionable
• Color variety: Two colors for notes, five colors for tabs

How to use

To use the sticky notes, simply peel a single sheet from the pad starting from the side with the adhesive strip. Apply it to a clean, dry surface by pressing firmly along the adhesive area. For the index tabs, peel them individually and place them on the edge of the page you wish to mark. You can reposition these items multiple times by gently lifting them from the surface and reapplying them elsewhere. When finished with a note, peel it off slowly to ensure no residue remains.

What to consider before purchase

• Check if the color variety meets your specific organizational needs
• Ensure the dimensions are appropriate for your intended documents or planners
• Verify the surface compatibility for your specific application

Usage recommendations

For optimal adhesion, always apply the notes to clean, flat, and dry surfaces. Avoid touching the adhesive strip with your fingers to maintain its stickiness for multiple uses.
