The sensor pairs with a wide range of devices and can transmit to multiple receivers simultaneously. The Polar H9 is supplied with a soft chest strap for reliable, close-to-heart measurement and runs on a CR2025 battery with up to 400 hours of life.

How to use

Attach the Polar Soft Strap around your chest so the sensor sits firmly and flat against the skin just below the breastbone. Moisten the electrode areas on the strap for best contact.
