Polmask Polylactic acid (PLA) 1.75 mm Yellow 1 kg filament PA07009
Polmask Polylactic acid (PLA) 1.75 mm Yellow 1 kg filament PA07009 is a 1 kg spool of yellow PLA filament designed for FFF/FDM 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm material. This PLA Pro grade balances high rigidity with improved impact strength compared to standard PLA, offering an engineering-oriented performance while retaining the easy-printing characteristics and low warping behavior typical of PLA. The filament is suitable for producing prototypes, visual models and functional parts where a firmer surface and greater toughness are required.
PLA Pro combines the dimensional stability and low warpage of standard PLA with increased impact resistance and toughness, giving a balance between rigidity and durability. The material prints at relatively low temperatures and is compatible with common printing speeds and cooling settings, which helps reduce nozzle clogging and stringing when appropriate retraction settings are used. The yellow color provides consistent pigmentation for decorative and visual parts, and the filament is supplied on a 1 kg spool for uninterrupted printing sessions.
Load the 1.75 mm PLA filament into a compatible FFF/FDM printer following the printer manufacturer's loading procedure. Set the nozzle temperature within the recommended 190–220°C range and the heated bed to 30–60°C if available. Enable part cooling (fan ON) for typical bridging and overhang performance. Use the suggested retraction distances and speeds depending on your extruder type (direct or Bowden) to reduce stringing. Print at moderate speeds between 30 and 70 mm/s and adjust layer height and infill according to the desired strength and surface finish. If prints show signs of moisture (bubbling, increased oozing), dry the filament at 55°C for about 6 hours before use.
For best results, calibrate extrusion multiplier and retraction settings on a small test print before long jobs. Store the spool in a dry environment or sealed container with desiccant to preserve filament quality. If using silk or specialty color variants, verify that surface finish meets your expectations while retaining the mechanical benefits of PLA Pro.
