Polmask PF01002 is a 1 kg roll of ASA (Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) 3D printing filament in white with a 1.75 mm diameter. ASA is formulated to offer improved UV and weather resistance compared with standard ABS, providing better stability for outdoor parts, functional prototypes and mechanical components. This filament is intended for FDM/FFF printers that accept 1.75 mm material and is supplied as a single 1 kg spool suitable for general-purpose and technical printing needs.

How to use

Load the 1.75 mm filament into an FDM/FFF printer configured to accept this diameter. Use a print temperature in the 240–260°C range and set the heated bed between 75–95°C. For best dimensional stability on larger objects, use an enclosed printer environment. Adjust printing speed to 30–50 mm/s and set retraction according to your extruder type: shorter retraction for direct drive and longer for Bowden setups. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 70°C for approximately 6 hours before printing.

Usage recommendations

Turn the print cooling fan off or use minimal cooling for better layer adhesion. For improved bed adhesion use a suitable adhesion aid such as PEI sheet, a glue stick, or a lightly textured build surface. Store the spool in a dry place or vacuum-sealed container with desiccant to prevent moisture uptake.
