How to use

Load the 1.75 mm PETG filament into a compatible FDM/FFF printer and set the hotend temperature to approximately 230–240 °C with the heated bed at 70–80 °C. Use retraction and extrusion settings appropriate for direct or Bowden setups—shorter retraction distances for direct drive and longer distances for Bowden/indirect drive—to reduce stringing. Adjust print speed within 30–50 mm/s and enable minimal part cooling for stronger parts or increase cooling up to about 20% for improved surface finish. Dry the filament at 65 °C for around 6 hours if it has absorbed moisture before printing.

Usage recommendations

For a balance between surface quality and mechanical strength, set part cooling to roughly 20%. For maximum strength and layer adhesion, disable part cooling. Use recommended temperature ranges and appropriate retraction settings for your extruder type to minimize stringing and ensure consistent extrusion.
