How to use

Load the 1.75 mm ASA filament into a compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer following the printer manufacturer's filament loading procedure. Set the nozzle temperature to between 240°C and 260°C and the heated bed to 75°C–95°C. Use a print speed of 30–50 mm/s. For retraction, use about 1 mm at 20 mm/s on direct drive systems or about 3 mm at 40 mm/s on Bowden/indirect drive systems. Disable or minimize part cooling fan to improve layer adhesion. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 70°C for around 6 hours before printing. For larger prints, consider printing in an enclosed build chamber to reduce warping and improve dimensional stability.

Usage recommendations

For best results, print medium-sized to large parts in an enclosure to maintain stable temperatures; use a suitable bed adhesion method (heated bed with PEI, glue stick or blue tape) and allow printed parts to cool gradually. Store the filament in a dry, sealed container with desiccant to prevent moisture uptake and follow the recommended temperature and retraction settings for your printer type.
