Filament Poly PolyLite ASA 1.75 mm 1 kg Natural for 3D printing
Poly PolyLite ASA filament in Natural color is a 1.75 mm, 1 kg spool of ASA thermoplastic designed for FDM/FFF 3D printing. Formulated for improved resistance to weathering and UV exposure, this filament produces durable parts suitable for outdoor use and applications that require dimensional stability and good surface finish. The Natural shade provides a neutral base for post-processing, painting or direct use where a light, unobtrusive color is required.
PolyLite ASA offers enhanced resistance to sunlight and environmental degradation compared with standard commodity filaments, while maintaining good layer adhesion and mechanical strength. It prints on most FDM/FFF machines that accept 1.75 mm filament and is suitable for creating robust functional prototypes and end-use parts. The filament’s natural color simplifies finishing steps such as sanding, priming and painting.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into a compatible FDM/FFF printer following the machine manufacturer’s filament loading procedure. Use recommended print temperatures for ASA on your printer and adjust bed adhesion methods as needed; a heated bed and enclosed build chamber improve print quality and reduce warping. Print settings such as slower print speed, appropriate cooling control, and sufficient extrusion flow help achieve consistent layer bonding and surface finish. Allow printed parts to cool gradually to minimize internal stress.
For best results when printing with PolyLite ASA, use a heated bed set to the manufacturer-recommended temperature and, where possible, print inside an enclosure to reduce drafts and warping. Use adhesives or surface treatments compatible with ASA if additional adhesion to the build platform is required. Post-process with sanding, priming and UV-resistant paint to extend outdoor lifespan and achieve the desired aesthetic.
