How to use

Load the 1.75 mm filament into an FDM/FFF printer configured for PLA and set the hotend temperature between 190°C and 220°C and the bed temperature between 30°C and 60°C. Use a printing speed between 30 and 70 mm/s and enable part cooling for optimal surface finish. Select retraction settings according to your extruder type: approx. 1 mm retraction at 30 mm/s for direct drive or 3 mm at 60 mm/s for Bowden systems. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 55°C for about 6 hours before printing. After printing, sand as needed and apply primer or paint; Version A will generally sand and accept paint more easily, while Version B will provide higher toughness for functional pieces.

Usage recommendations

For cosplay pieces where sanding and painting quality are priorities, consider Version A for its superior sandability and paintability. For parts that must withstand more mechanical stress, choose Version B for increased toughness. If higher heat resistance is required, consider switching to materials specifically formulated for heat resistance such as ABS or ASA, which provide better thermal performance at the cost of more demanding printing conditions.
