How to use

Load the 1.75 mm ABS filament into a compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer. Set the nozzle temperature to 250–260 °C and the heated bed to 80–120 °C, adjusting within these ranges according to your printer model and nozzle size. Use a suitable print speed and ensure good bed adhesion (brim, raft or adhesive surface). Ventilate the printing area because ABS emits noticeable odor during printing. After printing, parts can be sanded or smoothed with controlled acetone vapor treatment if a smoother finish is required.

Usage recommendations

For best results, store the vacuum-packed spool sealed until use and keep it in a dry place. If the filament absorbs moisture, dry it before printing. Use proper ventilation during printing and test print small calibration parts to fine-tune temperature and bed settings for your specific printer.
