How to use

Load the 1.75 mm ABS filament into a compatible FDM/FFF printer and set the nozzle temperature to 250–260 °C and the heated bed to 80–120 °C. Use appropriate print speeds and retraction settings for ABS, enable an enclosure or controlled ambient temperature where possible to reduce warping, and ensure good layer adhesion by calibrating bed leveling and first-layer settings. Ventilate the printing area due to noticeable odor when printing.

Usage recommendations

Store the filament vacuum sealed with the desiccant until use. For improved surface finish, apply acetone vapor smoothing or mechanical sanding after printing. Use an enclosure and maintain bed adhesion aids (brims, rafts) for larger parts to minimize warping.
