PREMIUMCORD kphdm2x20 is an optical HDMI High Speed cable designed to transmit high-resolution digital video and audio between two HDMI devices over long distances. The 20 m cable uses OM3 multimode fiber to support Ultra High Definition 4K@60Hz (2160p@60Hz) with YUV 4:4:4 color sampling and includes HDMI Type A (19-pin) male connectors on both ends. The cable supports HDR, ARC, HEC, EDID and content protection HDCP; it contains active electronics and must be connected following the directional markings.

How to use

Connect the cable only when both devices are switched off. Observe the directional marking on the cable: plug the connector marked "Source" into the transmitting device (for example Blu‑ray player or AV receiver) and the connector marked "Display" into the receiving device (TV, monitor or projector). After secure connection, power on the source first and then the display. No external power supply is required because the cable receives power from the HDMI bus.

Usage recommendations

To ensure reliable operation, always follow the cable’s direction, avoid sharp bends smaller than the cable diameter, keep the connectors dry and plug/unplug only with equipment powered off. For installation in fixed walls or conduits, verify local regulations and use proper cable routing accessories. The cable contains active electronics and works in one direction only.
