How to use

Place the removable stainless steel pan into the fryer, add oil up to the indicated level and set the rotary control to the desired temperature (up to 190°C). Allow the oil to heat—approximately five minutes with full power—then lower the basket containing the food into the oil. After frying, lift the basket to drain excess oil and, if desired, secure the basket on the inside to let oil drain without running down the housing.
