Place the transparent juice container on a stable surface and attach the desired cone (small for lemons/limes, large for oranges/grapefruit). Put the transparent lid in place if desired. Slice the fruit in half, position it on the cone and press down; the motor will start automatically and the cone will alternate rotation directions to maximise juice yield.
